There was an attempt at 3 sound effects (they’re all the same base sound effect but modified in different ways). The SFX slider in the audio menu now does things as a result.
More Bugfixes
Patched game again to v3e. Fixed a crash in the graphics menu, and hopefully fixed being unable to do most of [Blue]’s stuff like the tutorials and boss. This version is after I fixed the project file from not loading so something else might have hecked up that I didn’t notice.
Bugfix
Hopefully fixed an issue in the demo where if you tried to activate a textbox, it would crash the game.

I lowered [GLADIUS]’s HP a bit, but that’s about the only change to the boss.

Rough draft version of [GLADIUS] Hard Mode is more or less completed.
Needs some minor adjustments here and there to make specific combos less
super dangerous but feels fine enough overall. Going to need to re-add
the tutorials section now and then it will be mostly DD24 ready.
Gave the shots an elemental variant, which collides with things instead of pierces. Some patterns would require being on a specific side of the boss (actual patterns pending). Also put in the persistent fire pillars. When they overlap with the markers, the marker becomes pretty hard to read, though I’ll probably just make the markers not spawn in those locations.
Nothing yet, just preemptive further disappointment in Tumblr.
The boss’s ultimate ability: changing from a square to a rectangle. Also I partially increased my shader knowledge.
The day the placeholders gets flagged is the day there is no hope left in man.
